    Türksal İnce

    (Miniature, Symbolic, Ceramics)

After graduating from the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts, the artist continued his life as an academician in order to convey what he had learned and train new artist candidates, but also continued to produce works of art without putting aside his artistic personality. In addition to his works taking the images of Istanbul, where he studied, as a theme or his paintings showing the specific states, rituals (war, fortune-telling, sacrifice, etc.) of his native Cyprus, his other works of art, of which we can see the examples in the collection, are quite remarkable  in depicting the life process between birth and death. His early paintings, in a style reminiscent of a miniature tradition, leave the place to more complex compositions, with a variety of curved lines, color explosions, symbolic signs, and animal figures. In addition to painting, his work in the field of ceramics provides us with a multi-faceted artist profile.
